Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your unique authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
